Delete your account
You can request deletion of your RoasTarot account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.
Email a deletion request from the email address linked to your RoasTarot account. Use the subject “RoasTarot account deletion request.” Do not include your password.
What we delete
After verifying your request, we delete your account profile, readings, journal data, Fate preferences, social handles, messages, notification token, and account-linked purchase records stored by RoasTarot.
What may remain
Store purchase records remain subject to Google Play or App Store policies. We may retain limited information when necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Before you request deletion
Deleting your account is permanent and may remove access to account-linked content. Cancel subscriptions through the store where they were purchased; deleting your RoasTarot account does not cancel store subscriptions automatically.
